Renew, Redo Redecorate is committed to the goal of creating beautiful and livable interior spaces which reflect the client’s personal style. We believe this goal can be achieved in every home no matter what the style, size or budget.
Over the past 6 years we have worked with dozens of clients on interior decorating projects large and small. These projects have included everything from a single window treatment to decoration of a 5000 square foot home.
Laura Lacy-Thompson, the owner of Renew Redo Redecorate, founded the company in 2003. After marrying and moving to the UK, she was challenged to decorate her home on a small budget. She began by learning to sew and create window treatments and soft furnishings for her home. Soon she began doing the same for family and friends. This evolved into a passion for home decorating and in 2002 she studied in New York City with Lauri Ward, Interior Designer and author of Use What You Have Decorating, to earn certification as an Interior Refiner.
Laura has completed her certification as a Color Consultant with CFYH. She is a member of the Window Coverings Association of America and the Interior Design Society. She holds a BA and MA from New York University, and an MS from The College of New Rochelle. She continues her education in Interior Decorating and Design through ongoing coursework and seminars.
